Description |

IBM Rational RequisitePro Fundamentals teaches the experienced analyst how
to apply the key capabilities of IBM Rational RequisitePro and for requirements
management. The course begins with a review of a proven configuration for
setting up a new RequisitePro project. Then the course describes how to
capture the vision document through importing existing requirements and then
organizing them in the project explorer. Interaction with attribute matrix views for
changing, sorting, and querying requirement attributes is discussed. Strategies
for marking requirements and setting attributes for use case specifications are
discussed. The course continues with establishing and querying traceability
between features, use cases, and test cases using traceability matrix and tree
views. The course concludes with a review of advanced RequisitePro feature
including discussions, email notification, metrics, RequisiteWeb, and integration
with other IBM Rational tools such as IBM Rational Software Modeler and IBM
Rational ClearQuest.
