Description

Introduction to the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) provides an overview of the models described in DoDAF 2.   Students will review architecting principles and the result of applying those principles to develop a DoDAF compliant model.  This course is intended for practicing enterprise and system architects and systems engineers who want to learn how to understand and utilize the 52+ models described in DoDAF 2.  Students will review architecting principles and the results of applying these principles to develop a DoDAF compliant model of a solution to the class problem, which can be drawn from an existing project need or from a standard textbook project.  Students will also discuss the principle of “Fit for Purpose” models and how they integrate with the DoDAF defined models.
