TOGAF™ Executive Management Overview provides attendees with an overview of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) tailored for an executive management audience.  The course begins with a discussion of enterprise architecture, what it is, and the business value it brings to an organization. The course continues with an overview of the Architecture Development Method (ADM) – the process described in TOGAF for building, managing, and evolving an enterprise architecture. Then the TOGAF Enterprise Continuum is reviewed including the Technical Reference Model (TRM) and Standards Information Base (SIB). The course concludes with discussions on how architecture governance is a key factor in sustaining a meaningful and use enterprise architecture practice.
